Strengthening and Sustaining Your Homeless Education Program through School-Community Partnerships

In this webinar, presenters will cover effective partnerships between schools and community organizations to better serve children and youth experiencing homelessness (CYEH). The objectives of the webinar include:

  • Provide an overview of statutory requirements that establish a framework for cross-systems collaboration to support the academic and non-academic needs of CYEH.
  • Present effective strategies and tools for building successful partnerships and frameworks that remove barriers to educational and housing stability for CYEH.
  • Highlight promising practices and examples of effective collaboration between school and community partners to address the interconnected issues faced by CYEH.
