The report identifies frequently encountered barriers and successful strategies to overcome them. It examines specific programs and practices that could be adapted effectively for use in similar settings by school-level educators, local homeless liaisons, state homeless coordinators, social service workers, and other personnel who work in any capacity with homeless students.
