This booklet for parents/guardians/caregivers provides an overview of living situations that may qualify a child or youth experiencing homelessness (CYEH) for services under the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, the rights and services under the McKinney-Vento Act, and practical tips for working with the school district to support the child in school. This booklet is available in a digital format and a printable format.

This booklet is intended to be printed double-sided on 8.5 x 11-inch pages and folded in half.
